With over 15 years experience within the industry, Eventalist is headed by International Event Planner Rebecca Selby. Myself and our team would love to help you out and make your day as stress free as possible.
We are a close-knit team that pride ourselves on transparency and trust from our clients to suppliers. It is our reputation that counts, what we promise we deliver and that is our philosophy.
As a team we live and breathe events and know that attention to detail is key, from creating magical concepts to intimate weddings we recognise the client’s needs and bring them to life by working with recognisable and reliable suppliers.
We also have affiliates abroad, so no job is too small or too big for us. It is our long-standing relationships that have created overseas team work to deliver our projects to the highest standard possible.
- Is it expensive to hire a wedding planner?Well first of all put the money to the side and ask yourself... 1. Do you have the time? 2.Do you want to have a stress free day? 3. Do i have enough people to rely on? Then it all depends on how many people you want to invite and where you want your day to be. As a planner we have a lot of network business suppliers and we get preferential rates, therefore at the end of it all once tallied you can find yourself saving on suppliers and just paying for our planning service. Being that we have rentals, if someone takes our full planning service they are then open to huge discounts on our rentals. Rates vary depending on the scope of work, some people only want help one month before to tie up loose ends, some people want everything managing from the RSVP's to accomodation through to the after wedding parties. So it really depends on the individual couple and planner. If you have a good planner they will know where to save and where to help too.
- Can we get a package from your rentals for £200Absolutely, we have everything from vases to lanterns to table cloths... So you must try to get your venue to support you on as much as you can if you have a very limited budget and look for packages that can really benefit you from your missing items... OR it could be on our wish list that you really want. ALWAYS ASK because you never know what you might get offered.
- How far will you deliverWe will deliver FOC to any venue within 15miles radius of our base. If the distance is more the charge is 40p per mile. But done forget the pick up charges too.

Venue dressing and styling. We have a range of table clothes, table runners, to head table arrangements, dessert dressing and donut wall, ceiling dressing etc. We also work with the chosen florist to ensure your vision is brought to life the way you imagined it.
We have options and colors for the rental of chair covers, sashes, centerpieces, LOVE letters, vintage items candelabras (many options available), blossom trees, aisle runner etc
DIY weddings?!?! we can provide you with our DIY box.
We also have our in-house cake creator, Weddings, Birthdays, Christenings, Baby Shower cakes also available too.
