"Really good guys and pleasant to work with. The food was really tasty .... really tasty! Communication was good from the team and we were left feeling confident that this was one thing we weren’t going to have to worry about. In the lead up to the event, he was extremely prompt in answering any queries and was amenable to any requests we had with regards to the menu etc. Should the occasion arise in the future, Chef Cathcart will be the first person we call!
