Absolutely Fantastic . Very professional in their approach for fact finding prior to the wedding . Very professional on the actual day working with the real hotel staff and mixing with all the guests . Totally convincing on the entrance , they had everyone fooled . A fabulous mix of songs and all tailored to who and how me and my now husband are . He knew nothing of them being part of the wedding but is so pleased I booked Pitch Perfect Singing Waiters . I definitely would book again (not that i'm planning getting married again) and I definitely recommend booking them . A fabulous addition to a fabulous day .

Party Showcase — The Surprise Singing Waiters Who Turned Dropped Cutlery Into a Party

What we loved about this event

Guests at a recent celebration rushed to help when a server dropped a tray of cutlery and tumbled to the floor. Their concern quickly shifted into genuine shock. The fallen staff member suddenly belted out the classic lyrics to "Can't Take My Eyes Off You." This supplier provides highly experienced singing waiters who developed their vocal range touring internationally aboard luxury cruise liners and at worldwide resorts. Hidden among the regular venue caterers, the undercover duo executed a strictly guarded secret stunt that the couple hailed as an "absolute delight." The performance generated an "incredible atmosphere" that kept the event's momentum high, ensuring there were "absolutely no awkward silences or waiting around." A standard set includes seven to ten high-energy tracks celebrating legends like Queen, Whitney Houston, and Bruno Mars. Behind the scenes, the administrative team answers queries rapidly and even accommodated two bespoke song requests outside the standard repertoire for this specific couple. These seasoned singing waiters know exactly how to pull off a spectacular reveal that keeps the dancefloor full all night long.

What client said

“

My wife and I would like to take the time and thank Bowtie Productions-Iconic singing waiters and their amazing singing waiters Jess and Luke. This was a surprise only we knew about so the crashing of the cutlery as Luke fell to the floor had a few people rushing to help only to be serenaded with “it’s just to good to be try, I can’t take my eyes off of you”. They were and absolute delight and we cannot recommend them enough. Just an incredible atmosphere which kept the day going with absolutely no awkward silences or waiting around. This is a must if you want to have a day to remember that everyone will be taking about. Thank you also to Matt who answered every question I asked of him in very quick response. They even sang two song that were not on the list given. Just Amazing.! 🥰

Can I have a look at the setlist before my event?

Yes. As part of the service standard, the singing waiter will discuss the playlist with you, prior to the event. Some of the songs available on the setlist are Country Roads, Delilah, Teenager In Love, Wonder Of You, Can't take my eyes off of you, Sweet Caroline, Celebration, Thats Amore and Shotgun. If you have some favorite songs, feel free to discuss this with our supplier before the event date.

Are song requests allowed?

Yes. You can request that your favorite song be played at your event during the setlist discussion. Ahead of your event, the singing waiters will go over the event playlist with you. Each singer's setlist includes a variety of songs. Discuss your favourite song in advance to allow enough time for the singer to prepare.

How much time does a singing waiter need to prepare?

Setup and a sound check could take anywhere from five to ninety minutes, depending on the size of the event and the intricacy of the technical requirements. The minimum required booking notice period is three days prior to the date of the event. Talk to the singer about your go-to tune and any other requests you might have well in advance to give them plenty of time to get ready for the performance.
