Can I ask a singer to sing my favourite song?

Yes. You can request that your favourite song be played at your event during the setlist discussion. Ahead of your event, the musician will go over the event playlist with you. Each singer's setlist includes a variety of songs- "Ain't No Mountain" by Diana Ross, "I Want You Back" by Jackson 5, and other songs are available on a setlist. Discuss your favourite song in advance to allow enough time for the singer for hire to prepare.

What music styles can I choose from?

On Poptop, you can hire singers who specialise in several music styles including Pop, Soul, Disco, Indie, Rock &Roll, R&B, and Motown music styles. On request, background music will be provided between sets. If you like a particular music style that is not on the singer's list, you can request that it be added. Whether you're planning a wedding, corporate dinner, cultural event, or milestone birthday party, music of various genres is required. Remember, the style of music set the tone for any event.

How long does a singer's performance last?

The performance duration is determined by an agreement between you and the singer. The typical performance durations are 1 x 30-minute set, 1 x 1-hour set, 2 x 45-minute sets, and 2 x 1-hour sets. Other musicians perform for two 50-minute sets plus a 20-minute break, three 45-minute sets plus a 20-minute break, and four 40-minute sets plus a 20-minute break. About an hour before the event, the singer also sets up the music and sound check equipment.
