Dawn is amazing. She made the whole day run smoothly - we did not have a single issue with any part of her service. Complete and quality service was provided throughout. The food standards were extremely high and the whole team (of 45) were gobsmacked at how delicious both the vegetable curry and jerk chicken packages were - finger licking good, we'll definitely be back! I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Matei Baran. From first to last visit he takes the stress out of event catering. The food was excellent and guests left with a lasting impression of taste and quality, many regretting that natural limitations would not allow them to eat more. Colin and his team were absolutely fantastic! They arrived with plenty of time and were very gracious when they were kept waiting by us. The food was phenomenal and the little touches like beautiful dishes and hand-written cards with menu were amazing. We were blown away. They left the kitchen spotless and with yummy leftovers for us to enjoy. Fully recommend!

It was great working with Simon. He took the stress out of everything, was punctual and efficient. The guests loved the buffet. The only suggestion I would make is to reduce the portion sizes! They were pretty big. Nothing went to waste though, we were able to pack food for the next day :)
