Hands down, the most amazing experience and food - I'd recommend Marius to anyone and I hope to be able to use him again in the future. This was a surprise 30th birthday for my wife, where 8 of us enjoyed Marius' private chef experience in a large, rented house. I wanted to make it special and he catered for everything I asked for - including 2 additional courses creating an unreal 5 course menu. Quick replies, nothing was too much hassle and everything accommodated for. Huge menu options for each course and the ability to select 2 from each meant every guest was happy. Marius himself is such a lovely person and made the experience even better - he's warm and kind, we asked questions and he was more than happy to explain where elements were homemade, where meats were sourced from and the general process. We had conversation at times but he was also respectful that we were dining as a family too. It was a pleasure to learn about his journey, experience his amazing cooking/food and create a lasting memory for us all. Thank you, Marius & we all wish you the very best in the future.

We only use proper ingredients (sourced from recognised Italian food suppliers), and make all our dough in-house (slow fermented for maximum flavour). Pizza is such simple food, yet so easy to get wrong. So many others out there use factory made bases or frozen dough balls. We don't!
