Booked for Wedding

When myself and my now wife had the issue all bride and groom dreads of pulling out, months before the wedding. I booked poptop ina blind panic. It's safe to say that my anxieties as the groom reduced as I clammered to seek confirmation that the bar had been successfully booked. However, when I got in touch with James it was very reassuring and they even accepted requests outside of their menu at no expense. The bar arrived promptly, shortly before the nuptules where to go ahead and throughout the day, all I can say is the lady on serving was so warm, kind and lovely to speak to, with great service. My only grievance is that it stated 2 bar staff would be in attendance for the event and I feel like it would have been fairer on her during clean up at the end of the night. In summary, I believe the prices of the drinks was very fair and that everyone appeared to enjoy themselves and I would very much recommend them in future.

Hands down, the most amazing experience and food - I'd recommend Marius to anyone and I hope to be able to use him again in the future. This was a surprise 30th birthday for my wife, where 8 of us enjoyed Marius' private chef experience in a large, rented house. I wanted to make it special and he catered for everything I asked for - including 2 additional courses creating an unreal 5 course menu. Quick replies, nothing was too much hassle and everything accommodated for. Huge menu options for each course and the ability to select 2 from each meant every guest was happy. Marius himself is such a lovely person and made the experience even better - he's warm and kind, we asked questions and he was more than happy to explain where elements were homemade, where meats were sourced from and the general process. We had conversation at times but he was also respectful that we were dining as a family too. It was a pleasure to learn about his journey, experience his amazing cooking/food and create a lasting memory for us all. Thank you, Marius & we all wish you the very best in the future.

The Botanical Bar was stunning. We hired this for our engagement party at a nearby hall for around 60 people, and most people there came by at some point to say how impressed they were with it. The bar tenders were lovely, really friendly and helpful in setting the place up, and kept up a pace all night with some great cocktails. Would definitely recommend.

Matthew and his colleague Marc Davis prepared and served a wonderful three course meal for my husbands surprise birthday party at Parnacott House, Devon. It was the first time I'd hired a chef but Matthew made the whole experience stress free . He listened to my brief and offered a suggested menu . He was very helpful when I asked for some amendments and tweaks to suit the taste of my guests. The evening went perfectly and m y husband and our guests were all very impressed by the whole event. It was executed professionally and calmly.led by Matthew who has a good sense of humour ably assisted by Marc .
