Our guests said the coffee tasted amazing, set up looked brilliant. Unfortunately we had a coffee and milkshake package but myself and our guests weren't served milkshakes and I myself don't like coffee so was really looking forward to one 😭.

Alex was great. Very calm and helpful without being overpowering. We made four cocktails which were varied and all delicious and the mixing of each cocktail was followed by a Drinking Game which madd the whole event great fun. We would definitely invite Alex again and recommend him to everyone.

Luis was lovely and so was the food. He was really flexible in regards to the time of the party and on the day talked us through what he was cooking and let us taste bits as the meal was coming together. He left the kitchen lovely and clean and did the whole service with a smile. Would highly recommend.

Each dish has a story to tell along with the supplier and producer themselves, and I love to tell the story while cooking and serving.

About supplier

I have been cooking for over 20 years, having started in the Royal Navy and then a stint in London working for Gordon Ramsay at Petrous under the guidance of Marcus Waring. I then came home to Southampton working for Alex Aitken at the former La Poussin.
