This menu showcases my favourite foods. Using locally sourced ingredients from some trusted suppliers as knowing where the produce comes from and how it has been treated is very important to me. Each dish has a story to tell along with the supplier and producer themselves, and I love to tell the story while cooking and serving.
About supplier
I have been cooking for over 20 years, having started in the Royal Navy and then a stint in London working for Gordon Ramsay at Petrous under the guidance of Marcus Waring. I then came home to Southampton working for Alex Aitken at the former La Poussin.
