We are really rural so it was easy to forgive Lou and the team for arriving a little late. Setup was calm and professional and they took a hiccup with the power supply in their stride. The food got lots of complimentary comments and there was plenty for folk to go back for seconds and thirds (several people tried all the options). We went for: curry chicken; ackee & saltfish; mixed bean curry along with rice and peas: all delicious. I would be very happy to use Caribbean Fix again.

Debbie & Kelly were absolutely brilliant! Food was plentiful and fantastic with a great range of choices. Catered easily for our gluten free and vegan guests. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Debbie kept in touch before the party by email and phone, she arrived with her crew on time around 3hours before the party started, promptly set up and started cooking the food, they set out salads, cutlery and sauces and told us when the food was ready. We had around 50 to feed, our guests enjoyed the food so much they went back for 2nd and 3rd servings!! There was more than enough food to go around, plus I gave Debbie containers to box up leftovers which we ate the day after!! the ingredients they use are top quality, they cook carribean food to perfection, and Debbie cooks the mutton curry herself which is amazzzzing! everything was so delicious, the food was a hit for our guests and I am sure they will be for anyone that hires them, I would highly recommend Spice it up, thank you so much 😊
