Booked for Wedding

We booked Chilli Gold Wings for the evening of our wedding celebration. The food was amazing! The staff were lovely and friendly. They were a fun, different, and tasty addition to our special day. All of the guests absolutely loved them and there were lots of laughs about how spicy the 'hot' actually was! Thank you so much Chilli Gold Wings! We would definitely recommend them.

Very easy to book and communication was great from start to finish. Horse box looked lovely at our venue and service was very quick and lovely person doing it. Plenty of options for toppings too!

David kept in touch and checked details with me beforehand so that there were no glitches whatsoever on the evening itself. He was polite and helpful throughout. We are so grateful to them! He made my husband’s birthday party really special.

Our business is owned by twin sisters Emmeline and Pauline Okafor. The inspiration for Egwu Nni came from our beloved Uncle Thomas, who sadly passed away two years ago. We remember when we were kids, and when food was being prepared, he would sing "Egwu Nni", which means "Dancing for food". It's the feeling you get when you're excited to eat good food. This saying has stuck with us for many decades. So this business is a labour of love for our Uncle Tom and our love for making food.
