Booked for Wedding

We hired Ceylon and Beyond for our wedding and were hugely impressed. They arrived discreetly as we were midway through celebrations during their set up, and set up and took down incredibly quickly and without any fuss. Their food was absolutely incredible - all our guests commented on the quality, with many going back for seconds! It was great to know that we had good quality vegan and vegetarian catering alongside that for meat-eaters, with no skimping on the quality. Highly recommended!

We can’t praise Ed highly enough! We changed the number of guests from 4 to 6, added canapés & nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen at the cottage was not ideal & the cooker was a bit elderly but the food was not only beautifully presented but absolutely delicious! My husband said that the beef Wellington was the best he’d ever eaten! My son & daughter-in-law are already planning to book Ed again for their joint 40th birthday party & I’m sure we’ll find some excuse to bring him up to Lincolnshire. Private dining is an absolute treat - not even any washing up afterwards & the ability to totally focus on our guests. I can thoroughly recommend Ed to anyone needing his services.

The tea spread was lovely, such a great range of sweets. The sandwiches were simple and nice, I appreciate the salmon ones being wrapped separately. My only concern was that the scones were quite hard and I'm not sure whether that's due to incorrect storage on my part, the recipe The Fab Patisserie uses or a one-off issue. Nonetheless, we've enjoyed the spread, the delivery was prompt and Renee was great at keeping in touch to let me know when she was near. I'd definitely recommend (make sure to save yourself for it, this is quite filling!).

I ordered the afternoon for my nan and grandad for my grandads 80th, The afternoon tea came on dead on time and was beautiful presented and nicely packaged. There was a great choice of sandwiches and they were very delicious, we also really enjoyed the little cakes. The people at spark food were great and quickly responded to any enquiries I had. Will definitely will be ordering again.

It was a special birthday and retirement dinner party. We were extremely happy with Nick,s performance. The food was of an excellent quality and cooked to perfection. Nick is a very nice guy and was happy to offer explanation regarding the dishes he has prepared. Nothing was a problem, he felt in our kitchen as in his own and whatever the issue he has encountered, he offered a solution and had a general "can do" attitude. Highly recommended if you want to eat in style at home without a fuss of cooking yourself.

"These guys were totally amazing! Fantastic food, professional, friendly service and excellent communication throughout. We chose a middle eastern vegetarian spread for our hen weekend away and the Ed Dibbles duo came and worked their magic to make it a really special and totally scrumptious evening for us all! We were all blown away by the wonderful food, all freshly prepared and beautifully flavoured. A total culinary treat for us all and a really lovely couple who obviously put a lot of love, passion and care into their business. They left the kitchen spotless with all the cleaning up taken care of and packed us up enough leftovers for an amazing lunch for the next day! Thankyou both for making our evening a really memorable treat- We will definately be recommending you to all of our friends! xx"
