"AG was an great chef, he was very nice and made sure he kept everything under control in the kitchen so we could enjoy the time with our guests. The food was really tasty and most of people complimented it. Only negative thing is that after making some changes on the menu with him and agreeing on them, there was a dish missing. Not sure if this was due to the lack of time in the kitchen or he just forgot about it. Still, I would definitely recommend him, he also made sure my kitchen was clean and tidy and that we were happy with the service before he left. Thank you AG!"

Richie was so kind to us and produced a completely delicious Paella lunch. He was very flexible and didn't need anything at all, it was all very relaxed and he took himself away while we ate, and cleared up beautifully.
