Flame and dough were brilliant - we had a big gathering in a field and they provided about 120 pizzas for lunch. Our guests raved about the pizza and the extra option of gluten free meant everyone could get involved. Joseph and team were super friendly, quick and really easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend flame and dough!

Paul was a joy to work with - very focussed on understanding and giving us what we wanted, when I had questions he came back to me within minutes, when there were choices to be made he made theme very clear and easy to decide. The money side of things was extremely clear and I was never anxious about the cost getting out of hand. We had a great night with lots of compliments on the cocktails and champagne. I was a very happy punter!

The roast comes with staff to supervise the operation, and carve & serve the meat. Our roast machine is on wheels so getting to the tricky areas is not a problem. Meat takes between 8-10 hours of cooking time, we cook the meat on our premises and leave the last hour for your event, so you and guests can see the Lamb being cooked before placing it on the top of the roast machine for the carving, which is always the focal point and gives the wow factor to any event.
