We booked a cocktail making class for a small chilled hen-do and couldn’t recommend this enough. The cocktails were absolutely delicious, they even adapted them for me as I wasn’t drinking alcohol so I could still join in. Janet was so amazing to deal with planning the event and couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating. Excellent value for money and so patient with us explaining how to make the drinks 18362820 times haha. If you’re thinking of booking them for an event you will not be disappointed.

I booked Liam and his team for a 3-course meal to celebrate my 60th with my family in a holiday property in Bournemouth. There were 22 of us. Unfortunately the hired 'Bournemouth Villa' was far below expectations and I was worried Liam would have problems with the kitchen facilities. I sent him some photos and he was very upbeat and didn't flinch. The next day he arrived with his assistant Travis, and pre-prepped food, and set about producing an absolutely marvelous 3-course meal for 22, comprising 8 different starters, 7 different main courses and 5 different desserts. Every one of us agreed that each dish was excellent quality, both in taste and appearance. To achieve this in what can only be described as the pits of a kitchen is remarkable. Not only was the kitchen awful, but it was on the lower ground floor, with the dining room on the ground floor. This meant that Travis was up and down the steep stairs umpteen times delivering meals and clearing plates. Liam and Travis were very cheerful throughout the evening. They arrived promptly and then left the kitchen cleaner than we had found it on arrival. I am now trying to find another event in our calendar so I can hire them again! They will go anywhere and I would recommend them unreservedly to anyone looking for quality.

At the start I was slightly worried that the chef wasn’t going to turn up due to not responded to a lot of my emails but he had all the details he needed and arrived on the time as I had originally asked. Pop top we’re great in helping me out on this. We really enjoyed our food, all 3 courses and the kitchen was cleaned and everything taken away. Was a really tasty meal and a nice treat someone doing all the cooking for us. We would recommend and use again. Thanks
