Under the stewardship of founder Will Davis a professionally trained chef now based in London’s Billingsgate Market, we are able to provide ethnically and traceable produce to our food chain.

About supplier

E8 Fish was born on the streets of Hackney, Broadway Market. We have grown from a market stall offering hot cooked fish dishes to encompass Festivals and Events. A new addition to the family is our fish van with its range fryer, griddle, refrigeration with the ability to be self-powered all day.

Food Genie were awesome! The airstream van was beautiful, the food was fantastic, my guests tell me the halloumi was absolutely sublime. I would recommend them for a wedding as they were so well organised and hard working, they really made sure the day went well. Arrived promptly to set up. Served 90 people in 1 3/4 hours. Supplied all disposables, condiments. Menu selection excellent. Cleared up completely afterwards. Two really nice brothers who run the business. All golfers said how excellent the service, quality & value for money was. Absolutely fantastic! Fish and chips were absolutely delicious, and great portion sizes too. All our guests loved the novelty of going up to the van to collect their fish and chips, and everyone commented on how tasty it was. All communication prior to the event was very smooth and easy too. Utterly delicious, and a fabulous alternative way to feed a crowd for a wedding or large celebration - everyone loved it. Thank you!
