Food was lovely, everyone said the chicken was very tasty and the layout of the food was good and the staff were polite and helpful. Would recommend the BQ menu.

Fantastic service. All our guests loved it. Bartenders, Miki and Chris, were great at getting everyone involved. Super accommodating and cleaned up afterwards.

Rita and the team were fantastic! very responsive and cater to all our needs. On the evening the servers were polite, professional and catered to everyones needs, The mixologist was amazing, performing tricks and making great cocktails. Would book again.

Serve It Up catered for our team bbq n Friday evening... their professionalism and organisation was brilliant,,, the team loved the food and the staff where five star. we will be using Serve It Up again and have no hesitation in recommending them!!!!!!!!!

Serve it up were great! We had 4 bar tenders who really looked after our party guests. They happily got into the vibe of our 80s party and we couldn't have been more looked after. Thank you!

Having not done an event like this before I didn't make allowances for the minor details of a realistic time for some tasks and wasn't specific enough in my instructions on other tasks but the team took it in their stride and we're extremely professional. Excellent all round service. Had to have a last minute change of staff due to train strikes but was really happy with the service received - I'd definitely use them again!

Really professional and hard working. We had a last minute replacement bar person due to sickness, Monika, she was really great, couldn't thought her efforts. Would have been a '5' but we specifically requested someone who could mix cocktails and she didn't seem entirely confident in putting together the suggested menu we had agreed with the company ahead of the event.

Service was ok, not great as I'd hoped for but ok.

I cannot join these amazing reviews as, sadly, my experience was very different. I had one staff helping me at a dinner party of 14 and she was inexperienced and junior - she simply didn't know what to do and when and how to move around. Even the simplest things such as looking after the drinks wasn't working. This resulted in the unfortunate situation where my husband and I had to micromanage her tasks on top of ours which wasn't the purpose of the hire. Rita had assured me that all her staff were trained and experienced but in this case it wasn't our observation at all. I would recommend to go with one of the more established agencies where you find the more accomplished and trained staff is working. BTW I did give extensive feedback after the event but never got a reply.
