Our team have years of catering experience with Head Chef and Owner, Dason, having worked in some of the most acclaimed restaurants in Inverness, Skye and Harris.
Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?
Yes, we understand the desire to make the most of the beautiful scenery in the Highlands and choose a location a little off the beaten track. In venues with limited kitchen facilities or those without, we are happy to provide a quote that includes the hire of our catering kitchen.
Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
Of course! In fact, we actively encourage you to be involved in selecting the menu for your event, after all, it should truly reflect your taste.
What kind of cuisine do you offer?
Our catering is a real mix of styles. We like to prepare great quality traditional dishes but are equally as happy to offer more adventurous flavour combinations. One of our biggest hits is our haggis samosa canape!
Do you offer special menus?
We can cater for all sorts of dietary requirements and have noticed couples are requesting more and more to include vegan options on their big day as well as cater for guests with allergies and intolerances.
We are happy to provide quotes for all types of wedding and event menus, from hot or cold fork buffets to three-course meals with full waiting service.
