The food and professionalism that Yann delivered was OUTSTANDING. We were in awe of his culinary skills and left salivating for more after even 5 courses. The food rivaled some of our best michelin star experiences. The madeleine cookies he baked at the end were perfection. It was almost like a woman leaving behind her scent. We were fighting for the last one! What an incredible experience. He was personable, courteous, and of the highest training and skills. It was a birthday event to remember!...

Yann and Graham pulled off a miracle for our Seder evening. In the tiniest of kitchen/dining rooms in the middle of Soho, these two big, tall, young men managed to melt into the background, becoming almost invisible and produced a truly magnificent meal. I will definitely use them again

Yann and Graham served an absolutely fabulous dinner for us. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. They engaged us in the preparation which was wonderful and charmed all of the (17) guests. We will definitely call them again soon!
- What services do you offer?We offer a wide range of catering services, with wide range of cuisines and drinks for any size group. We have experience doing big messy parties and formal corporate events.
- Do you offer a venue for the banquet?We have a venue available for parties of up to 200, in Dalston, London.
- Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?Yes, we have a well equipped prep kitchen at the same address.
- Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?On of the things we take great pride in is our adaptability. We love talking food, anything is possible
- What kind of cuisine do you offer?All you have to do is name it, Yann is an expert at european cuisine, Graham for more exotic fare, and at this stage we've learned so much from one another that those labels are just for ease of recognition. Our Chefs are also a huge source of further knowlege.
- Do you offer special menus?We have lots of set menus. at all price ranges.
- Do you also offer a wedding cake?Yes, Yann was Head Pastry Chef at Corrigans on Mayfair for 2 years.
- What is included in the menu?Canapes, starter, main, dessert and petit fours. Service, venue, decoration, bar are all seperate.
