Whether I am cooking Indian, French or Mexican food, all of the ingredients I use are from local markets in Surrey. The importance of freshness and quality cannot be overstated and I work hard to ensure that every cut of meat and every picked vegetable is of the highest quality.
I will then combine these ingredients with my knowledge and experience to create dishes that are delicious, attractive and always moreish. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me and I always put taste and presentation at the forefront of every dish I produce.
I cater to any kind of event from small private gatherings to large weddings. The maximum number of guests that I can properly cater for is around 50. I can also take care of all the cleaning once service is finished and can organise reliable and friendly servers should you need them. All you need to do is decide on your menu and I’ll provide the beautiful food, the hospitable staff and the clear up.
