I am a passionate Chef and have worked in various sections of the kitchen where I am used to catering for large numbers. I work well under pressure , whether in charge of other people or within a team. I am very passionate about my work and love to work in a challenging environment.
Though our my career I have worked in well known hotels in and around London. I have also worked in the French West Indies working with amazing ingredients .
