They were very responsive and couldn’t do enough but the food was ok. Some of it was tasteless and the person that laid the food forgot to take it out of the boxes so when we arrived with my guests I had to start unpacking the boxes.
This stressed me out very much.
The overall experience was very good, customer service was excellent. Food was OK. If I had to do it all over again, I would not choose the finger buffet.
I have booked them for my barbecue in June so hoping the taste will be delicious and not mediocre.
I will recommend them to my son for his wedding next year, as their customer service is excellent.

Lukasz was great with all our requests for dietary requirements and was quick and efficient with communication before the wedding and offered a lot of options.
Once there, he was very discreet on the preparations, but the tables were incredible! He made a separate vegan and vegetarian table as we requested, and all the food was very good quality and beautifully presented, we got a lot of compliments. He is also a very lovely person and a pleasure to speak to, I just wish we had had a bit more time for conversing on our very busy day!
For an idea of sizes and contents, the photo I have uploaded was of the vegan table for twenty people, I'm still waiting for someone to send me the one for the omnivores, but I can assure you it was beautiful and super tasty!

We have booked a buffet for our team Christmas gathering at work.
The food was amazing. The service and quality did not disappoint.

"I was very pleased with the platters Bright Starz Buffets provided for the evening buffet for mt husbands 60th. The delivered in plenty of time and the food was very well and innovatively presented. Many guests commented on how different it was, although it was the same type of food that otbers would provide for a buffet. The food was also good quality and delicious. Phillipa also provides many addional touches, such as disposable spoons and tongs for use with the salads etc.
I would highly recommend Bright Starz Buffets. A five star catering service!"
