The dedicated buffet caterer was exceptionally friendly and "worked really hard to get it all set up", supplying all the disposable crockery so the hosts could relax. Guests enjoyed a generous selection of fresh, hand-crafted bites ranging from classic honey roast ham sandwiches to handmade cheese and sun-blushed tomato quiches. The chefs easily managed specific dietary requirements without any fuss. In fact, the thoughtful option to include a four-person gluten-free platter "really helped" to ensure every attendee had plenty to eat. Thrilled by the abundant food and the professional execution, the client praised the entire spread as an "excellent service, excellent product!"
