Service of the bar and its staff on the night was good however when it came to getting my deposit back after the event this wasn't so good. I was told I'd get my deposit back 2 weeks after event following an email I'd sent about this but I was told that they did have 30 days to process it just so I was aware, fair enough. However 30 days came and went and still no refund! I sent 5 emails over 2 months and got zero response!! I contacted poptop direct who contacted the supplier on my behalf and lo and behold I received my money 2 days later!! No apology for the delay or for the lack of contact either! Not great when I have stuck to my end of the contract paying the deposit and they haven't stuck to theirs. Also it was specifically pointed out to me that they had 30 days to pay yet still went over this time frame!

Cannot recommend Flower Bar enough - Gary who was serving us was fantastic- the cocktails were beautiful and we all enjoyed trying something different. I know already members of the party will be booking again in the future.
