Nafi, owner of Indimax Caterers, was extremely organised and professional. He made excellent suggestions ahead of time and brought a wealth of knowledge to our event. Presentation of the food was excellent and everyone enjoyed it. He even trained our waiting staff and ensured that our event went smoothly. Literally could not have done it without him and will definitely use him again.

Arranged afternoon tea for my sister and her husband's 25th wedding anniversary during lockdown. They were delighted and so was I. Excellent service and excellent food. Couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely recommend and use the service again.

Hi ian and chris,
I was very happy with the buffet for my sons christening. The quality and amount of food provided even when everyone had eaten there was still food leftover. Set up was very professional and i would definitely recommend buffetsandbbq's to others for events.

I engaged Premier Bites for an event for approximately 120 guests, 50 of which were childen. The professionalism of David in terms of advice ahead of the event was really good. The food was delivered as promised and the empties collected afterwards. Guests expressed their approval of the food so everyone was happy. The special dietary requirements were satisfactorily met ( celiac and lactose intolerant). I would recommend Premier Bites and will rebook for any future events.

Richie was so kind to us and produced a completely delicious Paella lunch. He was very flexible and didn't need anything at all, it was all very relaxed and he took himself away while we ate, and cleared up beautifully. I would definitely recommend using him and will be using The Fabulous Catering Company again. Thank you Richie!
