Didn’t like the fact you can’t contact caterer direct until deposit paid. But once I was able to communicate with Rupert he put my mind at ease. Clarified and helped me arrange a buffet funeral tea for my sister. confirmed details in an email so no misunderstanding. Highly recommend Rupert and Gibbons catering. A smooth efficient service with a human touch.

We booked Jerk Shack for a Christmas party event for our elderly residents. We requested a traditional Christmas meal and Jerk Shack managed to cater to our exact needs.
The food was amazing, they did such a good job. Our residents were extremely pleased with the food. Would definitely recommend jerk shack and will definitely be using them again.

Sean and Kerry were fantastic throughout the whole process! The communication prior to the event was great - we were able to discuss the arrangements by phone or email, and Sean was happy for us to determine the menu. The quality and presentation of the food was excellent. We can highly recommend HMD Catering for a friendly and professional service.

"AG was an great chef, he was very nice and made sure he kept everything under control in the kitchen so we could enjoy the time with our guests. The food was really tasty and most of people complimented it.
Only negative thing is that after making some changes on the menu with him and agreeing on them, there was a dish missing. Not sure if this was due to the lack of time in the kitchen or he just forgot about it. Still, I would definitely recommend him, he also made sure my kitchen was clean and tidy and that we were happy with the service before he left. Thank you AG!"
