Dawn is amazing. She made the whole day run smoothly - we did not have a single issue with any part of her service. Complete and quality service was provided throughout. The food standards were extremely high and the whole team (of 45) were gobsmacked at how delicious both the vegetable curry and jerk chicken packages were - finger licking good, we'll definitely be back! The hog roast worked extremely well. Everything was very professional and the staff were both efficient and friendly. There were many glowing comments from guests on the quality of the whole outfit and on how succulent the meat was. Apparently it had been slow roasted since early morning then brought to us and finished here for an hour and a half, which gave us excellent crackling. Generous quantity too. Highly recommended.
