Chef Eugen was great! Very responsive, on time, good was more than we expected, and I think the macarons came free (and was very delicious!)

The food was wonderful and it was all eaten ;) the team arrived on time and the service delivery was top drawer stuff . Business cards were asked for by the guests . The team listened to requests and created a perfect birthday for my partner .

Best Afternoon Delivery Service. They made sure everything was absolutely perfect for my Grandma's afternoon tea birthday party. They kept me informed and updated with everything. They personalized a menu and gave my grandma a card. Everyone at the party loved the food and wanted to know all more about this lovely company. I would highly recommend them! Thank you Lyreb for making my Grandma's Day!!

As a staff incentive this went down really well, there was a good variety of dipping items to cater something for all dietary requirements. The chocolate smelt and tasted amazing. And the staff working the chocolate fountain were very helpful. I would consider using this company again in the future

I would have given a 5 rating. As the food was amazing and staff were very helpful. All the guests were commenting on how great the food was.
The only reason for the 4 was that the caterers were due to arrive at the Venue at 6pm. They were travelling from Manchester. Food was to be served at 8pm.
However by 7pm there was no sign of the caterers nor any communication to say they were running late or as to why.
I rang the only number I had and was told they left Manchester at 4pm.
The caterers finally rang back and said they were close. They arrived at the Venue at 7.15pm. Food was delayed by 30 minutes so not too bad.
My only concern was if I hadn't rang would they have got in touch.
I would whole heartedly recommend Zouk as the food and service was astounding. I will definitely use them again for any other functions.
