Javi prepared sangria, paella and tapas for 23 people. He came to our house and set up his cooking equipment on our patio. He’s quite a show man and produced amazing Spanish authentic food. Our guests loved the food. It was delicious with plenty to go round. We appreciated having 3 options of paella for our guests, this meant we were able to cater to everyone’s dietary needs.
Steve arrived promptly and was communicative in the lead up to the event.
Someone from our partying is already inquiring about him for her party.
