About supplier

Our grandma’s family came from a little-known rural area in Valencia called Albufera. Her paella recipe came from her great-grandma using whatever was around, typically rabbit, and chicken with veg olive oil and saffron which we use in the original recipe today.

Chef Lopez was super efficient, on time and made a great meal! There was plenty of paella for all of our guests as well as left overs, so portion size is MASIVE! The team were so friendly, polite and it was a pleasure using their services!

So so happy! I had the best 30th and chef Lopez completed my event perfectly! The food was amazing, super professional and they fit in perfectly around a party of 30 people. Very good with communicating and as my first time of using a private chef I had a lot of questions and they were brilliant at getting back to me. Everyone loved it! Richie was so kind to us and produced a completely delicious Paella lunch. He was very flexible and didn't need anything at all, it was all very relaxed and he took himself away while we ate, and cleared up beautifully. I would definitely recommend using him and will be using The Fabulous Catering Company again. Thank you Richie!
