Javi prepared sangria, paella and tapas for 23 people. He came to our house and set up his cooking equipment on our patio. He’s quite a show man and produced amazing Spanish authentic food. Chef Lopez arrived exactly on time, as promised, and cooked a delicious paella for our guests, which went down very well with everyone. The amounts are very generous, so no-one went hungry. Great quality, huge prawns, clams and mussels, chorizo etc. The staff were so easy to work with, a voice of calm as things got underway for us. Thank you again -would recommend to anyone.
