Spencer cooked an excellent paella. We had many positive comments from our guests. The portions were good and there was enough for a few second helpings. The cost per person was reasonable in comparison to some, with no reduction in quality. I would definitely use Spanglish again.

Our decision to chose Richie to cater my 50th birthday party was the best decision we made! He was super helpful, organised, flexible and calm despite the appalling weather forecast. The paella was absolutely perfect and catered to all dietary requirements. Our guests commented on the quality of the food and the generous portions and also what a nice guy Richie was! Was so nice to have a chef to come and cook for us for a change. The food was delicious and the presentation was lovely. Even the little details of the flowers on the table. The chef and staff were very friendly and polite. I will definitely use again for future events.

Brilliant, would definitely recommend! Beautiful paella and lots of side dishes. All served to us and presented nicely. Then Liam cleared away everything at the end of the meal. He even poured our prosecco for us too :) Everyone loved it and thought it was a great idea!
