Javi prepared sangria, paella and tapas for 23 people. He came to our house and set up his cooking equipment on our patio. He’s quite a show man and produced amazing Spanish authentic food. "Great event ! The food from our selected menu was tasty and well liked by everyone, so top marks on that score. There was enough variety to keep younger and older tastes alike interested, though having slightly fewer fishcakes and a few more burgers or sausages might have been a good trade-off as a couple of people missed those. Setup and tear-down were both very smooth and straightforward, and all went according to plan. I'd definitely use Atanas and Five again."
