Javi was an absolute superstar from start to finish. We booked him incredibly late, and he could not have been more accommodating, he answered every daftt question and email we had. He offered us a range of dishes to accommodate all tastes and allergies, all of which was cooked from scratch when he arrived on site, (outside in the carpark, street food style)
The food was delicious, as commented by everyone at the event and Javi not only delivered this he also brought his amazing energy and personality, there really was a party atmosphere out in the carpark where our guests collected their food.
If you want a genuine paella, served with energy and flair, I would not hesitate to book. 100% recommend.

Richie was fantastic! We got exactly what we hoped for, for our lunch party. Richie arrived on time, quietly cooked the food requiring nothing from us and provided the most delicious paella for lunch. His portions were so generous that we had loads left which he put into his own platters and left in our kitchen. He was brilliant! Would definitely recommend.

Steve was completely amazing at our wedding. Everything was made according to the schedule we provided and served up punctually. The food was completely delicious - everyone had enough food and really enjoyed it! Steve made a special portion for one of our guests who had a legumes allergy. No other special arrangements were necessary as the choice of paella and tapas satisfied most dietary requirements. Would definitely recommend Steve!

We had a fantastic evening, for my partner's 70th birthday. The food was outstanding (we did the tapas evening). Laur and Ryan did a wonderful job, and were so friendly and helpful. The table looked spectacular, and all the guests absolutely loved both the food and the atomosphere.
