About supplier

Our grandma’s family came from a little-known rural area in Valencia called Albufera. Her paella recipe came from her great-grandma using whatever was around, typically rabbit, and chicken with veg olive oil and saffron which we use in the original recipe today.

Richie was fabulous and helped make our special event very special indeed. We had arranged for paella for a group of 10, including some vegetarians, and he could not have made our lives easier! Richie was very responsive to emails and really professional throughout. Our party guests lived the outdoor paella and it was indeed very tasty and best thing was that we didn’t have to worry about preparation or clearing up! Food was ready for the agreed time and generally everything was just so easy so we could just enjoy the party!

Richie was so kind to us and produced a completely delicious Paella lunch. He was very flexible and didn't need anything at all, it was all very relaxed and he took himself away while we ate, and cleared up beautifully. I would definitely recommend using him and will be using The Fabulous Catering Company again. Thank you Richie!

What can I say about Chouxlicious, it was absolutely delicious firstly. The whole experience from start to finish was lovely, Nicola was so helpful, she added additional special requests from my husband for his birthday and we had a beautiful afternoon at home, delivered safely during lockdown!
