About supplier

Our grandma’s family came from a little-known rural area in Valencia called Albufera. Her paella recipe came from her great-grandma using whatever was around, typically rabbit, and chicken with veg olive oil and saffron which we use in the original recipe today.

Chef Lopez arrived exactly on time, as promised, and cooked a delicious paella for our guests, which went down very well with everyone. The amounts are very generous, so no-one went hungry. Great quality, huge prawns, clams and mussels, chorizo etc. The staff were so easy to work with, a voice of calm as things got underway for us. Thank you again -would recommend to anyone.

Richie was very responsive to emails and really professional throughout. Our party guests lived the outdoor paella and it was indeed very tasty and best thing was that we didn’t have to worry about preparation or clearing up! Food was ready for the agreed time and generally everything was just so easy so we could just enjoy the party!

Wow!, The service so much passed my expectations. David and his crew were awesome. They were all super friendly and attentive. The bar looked great. I had them for the 2 main days of my birthday , named bobfest, and there was a theme of skulls running through so I was so pleased when they embraced that theme too. The Land Doughver catered for my 70s themed 21st birthday party. Not only were the pizzas absolutely delicious but James and the team were all lovely and easy going, a real help to reduce the stress of organising a big event.
