Javi was an absolute superstar from start to finish. We booked him incredibly late, and he could not have been more accommodating, he answered every daftt question and email we had. He offered us a range of dishes to accommodate all tastes and allergies, all of which was cooked from scratch when he arrived on site, (outside in the carpark, street food style) The food was delicious, as commented by everyone at the event and Javi not only delivered this he also brought his amazing energy and personality, there really was a party atmosphere out in the carpark where our guests collected their food. If you want a genuine paella, served with energy and flair, I would not hesitate to book. 100% recommend.

Javi prepared sangria, paella and tapas for 23 people. He came to our house and set up his cooking equipment on our patio. He’s quite a show man and produced amazing Spanish authentic food. I absolutely would recommend Big Pans. I had them cater my 60th birthday and everyone enjoyed the food. I had one person who was a pescatarian and they did a separate meal for that person. Fantastic service no complaints from me.

Richie cooked a delicious paella for our family celebration. I would highly recommend him. Great communications throughout the process, he arrived promptly (despite getting caught in heavy traffic which he kept me aware of), got on with the preparation without any fuss, served everyone (including seconds!) and cleared away silently with nothing for us to clear up. A stress free way to entertain a large group and all at a very fair price.

With over 40 years of experience, we can offer virtually any recipe as we are happy to research even the most obscure foods.

With over 40 years experience in the outside and event catering business (we started when we were really 'cutting edge' because we used frozen burgers; everyone else was using tinned), we can cater in any location.
