Afternoon Tea Catering & Delivery in Barrow In Furness

Ordered for a surprise 80th Birthday Celebration. Far outweighed my expectations, plenty of food for 6 with enough to send ‘Gran and Grandad’ home with a goodie bag, and still some left for us. Lovely start to a very special lady’s 80th birthday weekend. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you 😊

I wanted an afternoon tea delivered to the Manchester area, for my daughter's birthday, but we're in Leicestershire. It had to be homemade and local to Urmston. I had been looking at Poptop and decided to give them a go as delivery didn't come to much. After I'd ordered & paid a deposit, I was given a contact at Elegant Eat. We texted and my mind was at ease. On the day of delivery, the afternoon tea came all boxed up to be stored in the fridge until needed. We were all very impressed, indeed. The buns were scrumptious and my daughter raved over the cheese & onion tart. The cakes were beautiful and light and well presented. Ordered just the afternoon before required for 1pm. Had txt confirming my address etc that evening. Food came at 12.15..in a box tied up with ribbon (Nice touch). All food beautifully boxed/wrapped with a little menu printed inside. Every single morsel was extremely tasty. Would recommend this to all friends and family...If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I was very impressed with the service I received from Dleivertea. The Afternoon tea was tasty and generous, just the rightamount for a serving. Emma the owner was approachable and friendly and considering my event was a social distancing 70th birthday afternoon tea with neighbours over the back fence, helpfully boxed into individual servings for each household that I was able to leave outside of their doors without having to handle their food to hand out. The cost was very reasonable and Emma made alterations to my order when requested and was clear about the costs of everything.
