BBQ pulled pork

Our slow roasted pulled pork is by far superior to a hog roast. Slowly cooked in our specialy created blend of herbs and spices it is then safely cooled and left to marinade in its own juices before bringing it back to temperature to make it beautifully succulent upon serving. We then run it through our BBQ sauce and serve with mixed leaves and our homemade pink coleslaw, with brioche buns and tortilla wraps. All the extra sauces and pickles are included as too are eco friendly plates napkins and cutlery as well as buffet service. This package also includes the option of chicken breast, sliced and marinated in sweet chilli sauce, for those that don’t like pork and of course a suitable vegan option too. Our afternoon teas are served as a set menu but we are always happy to amend certain items if you wish. The package comes with the attached menu of closed sandwiches cakes and fancies which is served on our vintage 3 tier stands ,log slices, china crockery & the table tastefuly decorated with flowers, shrubbery and fresh hard herbs. With eberything on our menus being home made we can easily amend recipes to cater for all dietary requirements and alergens. We offer two options for afternoon tea. Our buffet afternoon tea is £8 per guest, and our standard afternoon tea is £15 per guest. Our buffet afternoon tea includes: a selection of sandwiches; plain and currant scones; and a variety of large desserts that your guests can help themselves to slices of. Our standard afternoon tea includes: a more varied sandwich selection; a larger scone selection; and our gourmet miniature desserts.
