Can’t say enough good things about this company. I wanted to order home delivery of afternoon tea for two for my Dad’s 91st Birthday, I received several quotes of which this companies was far and away the most competitive, in fact one quote I received was almost double the cost for pretty much the same thing! The whole order process was simple and from the very beginning the personal service from Estina was outstanding. This wasn’t a huge order that was ever going to make anybody rich but I don’t think the customer service would have been any better if it was, some nice personal little touches added and attention to detail that was above and beyond what I expected. On the whole a very positive experience, I have recommended this company to friends and will most certainly use again myself. Thank you Estina and colleagues for brightening his Birthday.

Cakes, scones & brownies went down very well, thoroughly enjoyed & delicious. Only down side was a later than expected delivery due to postcode mix up. As it was a birthday afternoon treat surprise, would have preferred it to have arrived earlier. Otherwise very good , have passed details onto a friend for future occasions.
