Supplier arrived on time and set up the gazebo in good time, professionally.
They returned to dismount and collected the gazebo in good time as scheduled.

We got the marquee up just in time for our party but it was close as there was a mix up with our job and the next (some tent poles were missing so the lads had to travel back to base to retrieve the necessary parts). No problem with anyone making a mistake. More communication would've been helpful as we didn't hear from the company when they were supposed to contact us regarding delivery times the day before the party. That caused us a bit of worry but in the end everything turned out great.

Levels marquees were professional and prompt. I was very impressed with the speed they put together and took apart the marquee the next day, they communicated with me prior to arriving both times and were very friendly. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

Highly recommend this supplier, we are returning customers from 2 years ago and the service was again excellent, the tent looked amazing and the girls had a fabulous time. The Marquee was perfect for my event and had really good feedback from all the guests about the space. The ability to personalise the marquee is a real advantage and it allowed me and my girlfriend to decorate the space to our taste. in addition, the ability to add lining, matting etc as add ons was brilliant and helped keep the cost down when able to. For me the heating could be better but understandable that it was coldish due to the time of year. Mark and Angie who I dealt with to organise the marquee were brilliant in their communication and supplying me with information I needed to organise the event. I would highly recommend this company to host your event in whatever it may be.
