Hired a 4x8m marquee with fairy lights, festoon lights, silk white lining, hard floor and carpet. The owner arrived with his team Saturday morning to set up for our party that evening. They were tidy, friendly and accommodating of my specifications. They went the extra mile steaming the white lining to iron out any creases so that the marquee really popped - it looked fantastic! They arrived promptly the next day to remove it all. A very efficient operation and excellent value. Would definitely use them again.

The party itself went well; however, there were several issues with the marquee that caused concern. The marquee leaked from the top, which became problematic during the event. Additionally, because the area consisted of a patio leading onto grass, there was a ledge that created a dip under the marquee flooring. This dip was hazardous, and several guests nearly tripped as a result. Furthermore, the underlay provided was insufficient for the conditions. As the grass was wet, guests’ feet became wet and the ground softened, causing people to sink into the grass. This affected both comfort and safety throughout the event.

Elvis always replied to my mails and messages promptly and curtiously. His service was very quick putting up and taking down. Elvis was polite, professional and friendly. I had no issues with the service at all. Unfortunately the day we chose to hold our party the recent lovely weather came to an end and rained most of the day. But we was kept dry by all staying inside the Marquee. This of course made everything rather damp, although no rain came in, the ground became so wet underneath the flooring it soaked through to the carpet. It was not practical for the children to play on the flooring we had as an extra as they took became soaked. But apart from this our party was a success. The Marquee kept the rain at bay and allowed us all to enjoy the day. Many thanks to Elvis and his team. And I have no problem recommending his service.

A hen do I was arranging had to change location at the last minute and we were lucky enough to find these guys! As soon as I submitted my request I got a phone call to discuss my requirements and they were so helpful! The igloo was amazing, perfect for a dinner party for 10 people seated on a big square table. We decorated it ourselves but the igloo came complete with lighting and heaters. Absolutely amazing and highly recommended!!! Thank you so much!
