Adam and his team were very proffessional and responsive, we hired the 10 x 5m tent which was perfect for our space.. really strong and sturdy construction with flexibillity of having sides on or off.. which was great for providing shade and breeze on the hottest day this year.. as well as giving us a space to decorate and get the right vibe for our party. Fantastic service from Adam. My only criticism would be that the marquee only had half of one side that opened, and we had to use our own cable ties to hold the door up as the clips were broken. Other than that really good

We got the marquee up just in time for our party but it was close as there was a mix up with our job and the next (some tent poles were missing so the lads had to travel back to base to retrieve the necessary parts). No problem with anyone making a mistake. More communication would've been helpful as we didn't hear from the company when they were supposed to contact us regarding delivery times the day before the party. That caused us a bit of worry but in the end everything turned out great.

The standard of the Marquee was pretty much as I expected it to be. It was well used, but there were no issues at all with it. it met our needs perfectly. The Build team arrived on the Friday (Our event was on a Saturday) at about 17:15 so within the pre-agreed scheduled window (14:00 to 18:00). There were 3 of them, they were a cheerful and polite team, and did a decent and quick job of erecting the Marquee (Probs about 40 mins). After the event, they arrived on the Sunday morning at about 08:40 ( I was not sure what time to expect them), and 40 mins later, it was gone, and you'd never know it had been there. I experienced quick responses, providing information to my satisfaction, when dealing with the folks from the Office beforehand. All in all, for us, a positive experience.
