Asad got in touch soon after we booked the event to discuss our requirements and was really helpful the entire way through. They arrived promptly, and everything was delivered according to our prior arrangements. The food was absolutely delicious, everyone who ate it was really happy with it, my only regret is that we didn't pre-order more meals! Asad was a delight to deal with, very respectful and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone wanting delicious, healthy, tasty, home cooked food at any event they are organising. We held an NHS staff masquerade hall on Saturday 14th December and selected Bananaleaf to supply the food. What a fantastic event and everyone commented on the amazing curries on offer. Shahid was so good with his communication and keep me up to date at all stages with the process, and even on the day letting me know they had set off and an arrival time at the venue. I’d highly recommended bananaleaf, the quality of the food was top notch with an extremely pleasant team to deal with.

The truck arrived early and was set up and ready to serve when our evening guests arrived. Great customer service for all the guests and everybody enjoyed the evening.

I would have given a 5 rating. As the food was amazing and staff were very helpful. All the guests were commenting on how great the food was.
The only reason for the 4 was that the caterers were due to arrive at the Venue at 6pm. They were travelling from Manchester. Food was to be served at 8pm.
However by 7pm there was no sign of the caterers nor any communication to say they were running late or as to why.
I rang the only number I had and was told they left Manchester at 4pm.
The caterers finally rang back and said they were close. They arrived at the Venue at 7.15pm. Food was delayed by 30 minutes so not too bad.
My only concern was if I hadn't rang would they have got in touch.
I would whole heartedly recommend Zouk as the food and service was astounding. I will definitely use them again for any other functions.

Zouk provided a top class Indian buffet for my meeting. The food was amazing and the service was brilliant. Everyone who ate went back for a second helping and said it was the best catering they have had for a meeting. I will definitely be using Zouk again and will highly recommend to colleagues in my industry.
