Thank you for accommodating the additional diet requirements that were needed at the last minute, you came very prepared. Asad got in touch soon after we booked the event to discuss our requirements and was really helpful the entire way through. They arrived promptly, and everything was delivered according to our prior arrangements. The food was absolutely delicious, everyone who ate it was really happy with it, my only regret is that we didn't pre-order more meals! Asad was a delight to deal with, very respectful and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone wanting delicious, healthy, tasty, home cooked food at any event they are organising. Kash and the crew were amazing, efficient and above all the food was incredible. We were able to box up leftovers too which was great! I would have given a 5 rating. As the food was amazing and staff were very helpful. All the guests were commenting on how great the food was. The only reason for the 4 was that the caterers were due to arrive at the Venue at 6pm. They were travelling from Manchester. Food was to be served at 8pm. However by 7pm there was no sign of the caterers nor any communication to say they were running late or as to why. I rang the only number I had and was told they left Manchester at 4pm. The caterers finally rang back and said they were close. They arrived at the Venue at 7.15pm. Food was delayed by 30 minutes so not too bad. My only concern was if I hadn't rang would they have got in touch. I would whole heartedly recommend Zouk as the food and service was astounding. I will definitely use them again for any other functions.
