We had James and his staff in for my friends hen do and it did not disappoint!! Food was incredible (plenty for everyone!), they were so accommodating and just overall a great experience. Great chef. Excellent menu, very flexible and responsive prior to the event. Really lovely food & made the place look wonderful. Can’t fault the team! I have used Colin before and would certainly recommend him.

Amazing experience for our 14year wedding anniversary! Every last detail was perfect, food was delicious 😋 James and his side kick were lovely! We didnt even know they had been as they had cleaned the kitchen! Would highly recommend and will use again for a special occasion, thanks again!

This was an anniversary gift for my best friend and his wife. They had an amazing evening with Nick, and a week later are still talking about it. They found Nick to be a wonderful, intelligent person, as well as an excellent chef. They cannot recommend him highly enough.

Gavin and Doug were charming, friendly and attentive.

Nick travelled to camber sands to help us celebrate a 50th Birthday. The meal he cooked for us, an 8 course tasting menu, was absolutely delicious the food was amazing and every course was beautiful. Nick was helpful in the run up to the event and let us tweak parts of the menu to suit our tastes etc. Nick ensured that the kitchen was spotless before he left and was polite and chatty the whole time he was with us! Would highly recommend and would definitely use Nick again in the future. Thanks Nick!
