We couldn't be happier with the service we received for our staff party. We had originally planned for the party to take place on our rooftop, but due to unexpected rainy weather, the event itself had to be moved downstairs at the last minute. Despite the change of plans, the team remained professional, flexible, and accommodating throughout. They arrived exactly on time and set up on the roof as planned, continuing to cook there during the event. As food was prepared, we shuttled it downstairs for our staff to enjoy, and everything ran seamlessly. Their efficiency and organisation turned what could have been a logistical challenge into a complete non-issue. The food was absolutely delicious and received fantastic feedback from everyone. We were especially impressed by how well they catered for a wide range of dietary requirements, ensuring all 125 guests had plenty of options. Every dish was fresh, flavourful, and thoroughly enjoyed. The team was friendly, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. Their flexibility, exceptional service, and outstanding food helped make our event a huge success. We would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

Lorenzo was amazing and his ice creams so delicious! We hired him for our son’s 4th birthday party in our garden in Chelsea. We had about 40 guests. They all commented on his kindness & politeness to all and his Italian gelatos were divine- excellent quality and bursting with flavour! Booking was very straightforward, communication very efficient and we cannot wait to book him again for our son’s party next year. In the meantime so many of our guests took his details during our party that I think he will get many (well deserved) bookings on the back of our party! I know of one in 3 days :). I wouldn’t hesitate to use Holy smoke again , they were amazing , good communication from when I booked the event, they turned up promptly and the food did not disappoint, my guests loved the kebabs and wraps, they looked , smelt and tasted delicious. They cooked and served the food, tidied up like they were never there! Excellent quality and value for money . Absolutely wonderful 10/10
