I can’t recommend Edward highly enough! He catered for my fathers 80th birthday, 20 guests with varying tastes & dietary requirements. Edward was very prompt in his responses to my texts & emails and what’s so obliging. He (and his 2 waiting staff) were extremely friendly & professional from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Ed was lovely from the initial contact right through to the end. He kept in touch and asked if we needed anything. He changed the menu countless times and made sure each course was perfect for each person. After receiving some great news 3 days prior to our experience Ed changed the menu for on of the guests and it enabled them to be able to enjoy their experience also. Couldn’t recommend him more! I booked Liam and his team for a 3-course meal to celebrate my 60th with my family in a holiday property in Bournemouth. There were 22 of us. Unfortunately the hired 'Bournemouth Villa' was far below expectations and I was worried Liam would have problems with the kitchen facilities. I sent him some photos and he was very upbeat and didn't flinch. The next day he arrived with his assistant Travis, and pre-prepped food, and set about producing an absolutely marvelous 3-course meal for 22, comprising 8 different starters, 7 different main courses and 5 different desserts. Every one of us agreed that each dish was excellent quality, both in taste and appearance. To achieve this in what can only be described as the pits of a kitchen is remarkable. Not only was the kitchen awful, but it was on the lower ground floor, with the dining room on the ground floor. This meant that Travis was up and down the steep stairs umpteen times delivering meals and clearing plates. Liam and Travis were very cheerful throughout the evening. They arrived promptly and then left the kitchen cleaner than we had found it on arrival. I am now trying to find another event in our calendar so I can hire them again! They will go anywhere and I would recommend them unreservedly to anyone looking for quality.

Pietro was a consummate professional chef throughout the whole time- from menu development to complete clear down. He just shrunk into the background during the meal itself to celebrate my 60th but believe me his culinary skills are exceptional.
