Brian and his wife Anne make a fantastic team, providing not only amazing food but an evening to remember. It couldn’t have been closer to the description given prior. They came, they cooked, they cleaned, they left (leaving behind great memories in the process). Brian provides great annecodotes of his professional career, cooking for the rich and famous, gave us pro tips on how he achieved the results in his food and being a local shared in on the banter of our guests. Could not of asked for more.
