Javi prepared sangria, paella and tapas for 23 people. He came to our house and set up his cooking equipment on our patio. He’s quite a show man and produced amazing Spanish authentic food. Henry and his team were great from the minute we made the booking!
Communication was good prior to and during the event, then on the day they arrived in good time to get set up and ready in time for our event starting!
The food was absolutely amazing - great portion sizing and really tasty - 100% recommended!

Richie was fabulous and helped make our special event very special indeed. We had arranged for paella for a group of 10, including some vegetarians, and he could not have made our lives easier! "staff arrived with all equipment and set up was quickly achieved. Food excellent! Portions plentiful and very tasty. Both the meat paella and fish paella received lots of complements from our members. Whilst the paella was cooking guests enjoyed the lovely aroma.
Clearing up was quickly completed. Both Charli and Domingo were friendly but professional and very accommodating especially when the pans needed moving to berth some boats! Thank you Flying Pig Catering. We hope to use you again."
