Savoury crêpes - known as galettes in Brittany - are made in their traditional way with naturally gluten-free buckwheat flour. Sweet crêpes are made with a recipe from Brittany, although the buckwheat base can be used with sweet toppings. Variety of savoury & sweet toppings, covering gluten-free, vegetarian & vegan options.

We've loved pancakes all our lives, and then when we started visiting Brittany we experienced how versatile and delicious they are beyond lemon and sugar topping! We first served crêpes for friends over 15 years ago and have now expanded that to our business - sharing the joy of great food!
